PROPERTY MANAGER

The Role:

  • Working as a full time Property Manager with your own portfolio of Landlord clients, you will oversee the daily management.
  • Responsible for developing new business.

What You Need:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
  • The desire and motivation to deliver a premium Client experience
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Current Driver’s License & reliable car
  • Experience with REST or PropertyMe, RP Data, Inspection Manager, IRE desirable
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wonderful and loyal team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Impeccable personal presentation

MARKETING COORDINATOR / SALES ADMINISTRATION

LJ Hooker Leppington is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator & Sales Administrator, with a positive "Can-Do" attitude to join our team!  You will be working closely with our tight-knit, enthusiastic and supportive sales team, so an interest in sales and property is a must! 

Marketing Coordinator & Sales Administration Role:

Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you will be assisting the Sales Team to ensure key administration milestones are met, acting as a critical support person to assist with day- to- day administration tasks right through to coordinating Marketing for LJ Hooker Leppington. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and looks for new ways to streamline processes to get the job done faster and leaner. This is a unique opportunity for marketing superstar and all-rounder who loves a challenge and has a passion for the property industry.
 

 The job will involve:

  • Assisting the Sales team with day-to-day duties
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes for the Sales Manager
  • Research and analyse market trends, statistics and target markets for sales team
  • Managing our after sales program 
  • Answer sales enquiries and distribute leads to our sales professionals
  • Listing properties on REA, Domain & LJH Website using our real estate industry CRM platform 
  • Creating property marketing copy & arranging marketing collateral
  • Create brochures in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail
  • Manage all social media marketing – Website, Facebook, Instagram & Linked In
  • Update and monitor digital presence across web and social platforms
  • Prepare and develop written content
  • Liaising with external media agencies, and marketing companies to distribute marketing work
  • Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Providing various detailed weekly / monthly reports
  • Experience with RP Data & Realhub highly desirable
 

 Skills & Experience - Essential 

  • Previous industry experience in similar role
  • Experience in social media, digital marketing platforms and services
  • The ability to report and analyse data and statistics to complement results and inspire marketing direction and targets
  • Confidence and professional level of communication both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher & Power Point – Essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously prioritise and manage a wide range of tasks
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail

SALES REPRESENTATIVE


Develop your career within the Real Estate Industry!

L J Hooker Leppington requires the services of an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will be part of a happy and helpful team environment with high customer service standards. You will have a strong desire for a long term career within the Real Estate Industry, be well presented and articulate with great attention to detail and a flair for client interaction.

Duties will include:

  • Diary Management/organising appointments
  • Preparing listing presentation packs and marketing of properties
  • Attending meetings with photographers, consultants, and buyers
  • Liaising with vendors and buyers
  • Conducting open homes and buyer inspections
  • Finding opportunities including telephone marketing and doorknocking
  • Assistance with general administrative duties
  • Ongoing professional development
 

 To be considered for the position you will:

  • Hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Be immaculately presented and well groomed
  • Able to work weekends
  • Current driver's license
  • Own your own car
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Confident on a computer to work with a database
